Write in your heart that every day is the best day of the year.

Part of the joy in taking photographs, to me, lays in the discovery of simple and familiar things seen in a different perspective. Today that joy was from the summer sky above the delicate blossoms of Queen Anne's Lace.

Lovely. I thought they were dandelion puffs at first.
I love that perspective, too. Very nice photograph.
Did you ever take a picture of sea gulls? Do it on a beautiful day when the sky is blue, start feeding them, while some of them are flying over head throw bread up and snap a picture, they are beautiful against the blue sky with their wings spread out.
Gorgeous - what a beautiful capture!
Cheers, Klaus

I was only introduced to Queen Anne's Lace in last week's SWF. It is a very beautiful plant and makes a wonderful show against the sky.
