Good guesses everyone, but my brother is correct (local advantage, of course).
The pic is a detail of the newly restored Asbury Park Convention Center.
Have you been to the boardwalk there recently, Kev? It's really nice, though there's nothing yet for kids.
Oh and KGMom, I poked around some on the web and learned that the convention center was designed by the same Beaux Arts architect that designed Grand Central Station in NYC. There's some beautiful details to the building that are being slowly restored after years of neglect.

Oh and the building sits at the edge of the ocean, which accounts for the fishy motifs, I guess.
