I had just one experience as a child in sailboat that I remember looked something like this. I didn't fall overboard or get seasick. Considering how scared I was... both major triumphs!
Now... to have that same opportunity today...

Sailing I love--although I do not know how, and must be a passenger only.
Speed boats not so enticing to me--they move too fast to see the beauty around.
You want to sail on the other guy's boat. Let them do all the worrying, fixing, cleaning, and bill paying.
Or as some say, get on your best clothes and fill the pockets with $100 bills. Stand in a cold shower and shove the bills down the drain. If that feels good, get a sailboat.

Beautiful boat ... oh if only ..... nahhhhhhh.
I would like to try it, but don't think I would want a boat. Sailboats are so sleek, I always think of them as art on the water.
